This Heart wreath is handmade with love. Built on a heart-shaped grapevine wood base, many live succulent rosette plants are affixed to living moss and finished with natural ribbon. Each wreath is different, they measure 12 " x 12 "

Care Instructions: Please Open carefully. Place in bright filtered light, warm temperatures. Water weekly, let it drip dry before you hang it again. with proper care it will last 10 months, trim if needed.
