This is all speculation since it was sent by me to my niece as a gift. I can confirm that it was timely received. I do appreciate that I was notified of the delivery so that I could notify my niece. Weather has been very hot in our city I didn't want the box to sit in the heat. She was able to locate it before any injury to the plants.

I have purchased many succulents with CactusLimon over the years for gifts and am always very pleased. Communication was great and delivery was very fast. My friend sent me a picture and was very happy with the gift.

It was dull with no color and the plants were all the same. I wanted something with different colorful plants.

I have purchased many plants directly from the Cactus Limon's website since ~2015 and have always received quality plants combined with excellent customer service. They answer texts, calls and emails in a very timely manner! This fortuitous purchase through Etsy did not disappoint.
